1st Phase work is all about getting to know the homeless people. Meal vouchers play an important part in this phase because your meal vouchers put homeless people in contact with us. Each month we have between 6-10 new guys purely because of the meal vouchers. |
In 2nd phase we work with individuals who genuinely want to turn their lives around. We help the guys to assess where they are, set appropriate goals and then help guys work to achieve it. It's a reiterative process & is applied for all the areas that they are seeking to address. |
In 3rd Phase work guys are ready to rejoin society. They are helped or encouraged to find permanent work, move out of the shelter and into their own accommodation or sometimes we send guys for further training. Crucially this time with functioning support networks and a healthy lifestyle to help them to remain independent |
